Hillsdale Creek is located to the east of the current Hillsdale Elementary and future site of a complex community center including a YMCA, library, and innovative medical center. It is north of the Boise Ranch Golf Course and in the West Ada School District, just west of Lake Hazel Middle School and south of Mountain View High School.


Driving Directions: From S. Eagle Rd, E. on Taconic Dr., Left on Stockenham Way, Right on S. Rockhampton St.

HOA Dues: $900.00 Annually, Invoiced Quarterly @ $225.00

Set Up Fee: $250.00 (Developer to Builder)

Transfer Fee: $400.00 (Builder to Homeowner, Homeowner to Homeowner)



Boise Project Irrigation, season runs April 15th to October 15th.

Pool is currently under construction and is anticipated to open on or around July 1, 2018.

POOL HOURS: Daily, 8am - 9pm



A pool gate access card may be obtained from HOA Manager's Office during business hours. Business hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, closed 12-1 for lunch.

Are you not the Homeowner and wish to obtain a key access card? In addition to the Pool Rules & Pool waiver Forms, permission form the Owner of Record will need to be obtained...
