Community Pool will re-open Saturday, June 9th

06.08.18 Pool Update @ 5 pm - Community Email Sent.  Good Evening Foxtail Estates HOA Members, The community pool is currently closed, but the Pool Contractor will be re-opening the pool tomorrow morning (Saturday, June 9th)!  Homeowner access key cards will be re-activated, Saturday, June 9th at 8am.  This community pool has faced some disheartening vandalism and abuse in the past and your HOA Board shares your frustrations.  If the Board determines the person(s) responsible for this fecal response lives within the neighborhood, the HOA can assess a Limited Assessment for damages (the cost to perform and treat for the fecal response).  However, if the person(s) responsible does not live within the neighborhood, the Board will need to consult with legal counsel and decide if it would be beneficial to proceed with further legal action (i.e. small claims).  We apologize for the inconvenience, and do appreciate your patience and understanding while the pool was being properly cleaned and sanitized.  On Behalf of the Foxtail Estates HOA Board of Directors and Pool Committee, Best Regards, Rebecca

 

06.07.18 Pool Update @ 10:20 am - Community Email Sent.  Good Morning Foxtail Estates HOA Members, The community pool is currently closed for fecal response. Closed for Maintenance signs are posted at the gates and homeowner access key cards have been shut off so the pool contractor can perform their maintenance duties related to fecal response treatment. On average, fecal response takes about 2-3 days to complete as the pool is required to be cleaned and sanitized for public safety.  We apologize for the inconvenience.
